Welcome to the Intersect Project

The Intersect Project will take place at the LAC campus of Long Beach City College on Thursday, March 16th,  along with a student photography exhibition at the beginning of June.  It will consist of speakers, workshops, a film and animation festival and a visual exhibition.

Using digital media to “intersect” the arts of photography, film, graphic design and broadcasting:

• Meet and interact with a wide range of professionals working in interdisciplinary fields.

• Be exposed to new ways of working and different technologies.

• Stimulate your creativity.


The Intersect Project is free, open to everyone and is sponsored by the following:

The LBCC Foundation, American Photographers Association, LA, LA Regional CCC Department of Economic and Workforce Development. 


All events are free, registration will open in February

We recommend you plan to arrive a bit earlier before each event to get a parking space and find the building. Maps for Liberal Arts Campus. Parking is $1 and ticket machines are found in each lot.
